Everyone remembers Ricardo Montalban and his Corinthian Leather Chrysler commercials right? Today, let's go back in time and see if you can pair these slogans to their respective cars. The number of these you remember is proof slogans do in fact work and can remain with you for a very long time. Enjoy this "classic" quiz - and no cheating! (answer key at the bottom of post)

At last projection, automakers will spend nearly $15 billion just on digital advertising. Consumers continue to expect ease in searching online. An auto is one of the most expensive commodities someone will own and manufacturers are always seeking creative ways to capture buyers' attention. Given the competition, memorable slogans are imperative to driving sales. One of the best mottos I remember was from a Porsche 911 ad:


"It's about as fast as you can go without having to eat airline food"
